Import rules from OE

I just installed Outlook.
I imported the old OE address book and messages okay, but the rules didn't
get imported.
(I think you will know what I mean when I say all three boxes were checked.)
But when I look in the Rules Wizard option, there are no rules.

What happened?
How can I fix it?

I have very limited experience of Outlook, i have only tried it for 2 days
myself.

but

I think if you go into rules wizard you will find your rules there but if
all the folders are the same then the rules wont be able to
work...........not sure if that is any help to you.....

I think he meant "if all the folders aren't the same..."
