Import Outlook XP to Outlook 2003

I'm setting up a new system (Windows XP) and will have Office 2003
installed. My old system (Windows ME) has Outlook XP version. Is there a way
to transfer all my email accounts, folders, rules, calendar, and mail to the
new system running a later version of Outlook.
