Import Outlook messages into Outlook Express?

I was running an exchange server at one time, but I am no
longer. How do I import Outlook messages into Outlook
Express? Thanks.
 
Um - do you have a local .pst file from Outlook? Or do you have an .ost?
If it is the latter, your mail is gone. If it is the former, you need to
have Outlook (not Express) installed on your computer to open the file and
"translate it" for use in Outllook Express.
