import or add entries to autocomplete cache

Is there a way to add entries to the autocomplete cache other than by
sending email to entries? I have a textfile of cached email from
another program and would like to simply add it/insert it into the
outlook 2003 autocomplete cache.

A 3rd party product called Ingressor can do this:
