Import OE .dbx to Outlook

I saved OE .dbx files and then formated the HD. Now that everything is back up and running I am going to use Outlook and not OE. My problem is since I did not export the dbx files Outlook's import/export wizard is not giving me the option to import .dbx files. Is there a way of doing it short of creating a OE account just to do the export??????

That is the way to do it indeed. Create a OE account and configure it to use
the dbx-files. Then use the Export option from within OE to export to
Outlook.
