import messages from Netscape 7 to Outlook Express 6

Need directions on importing messages, address book and
contacts from Netscape 4.7 and 7.x into Outlook Express 6
or Outlook 2002.

Well OE6 will import directly from Netscape 4.7 (Communicator). For 7 you
need to transfer the messages into 4.7 first.
