Import into excel 2003 from Peachtree 2004

How do I import from Peachtree Complete Accounting 2004 into excel 2003
The excel button in Peachtree is not highlighted even though it is supposed
to be supported by excel 97 and later
 
Humm, did you install Peachtree after Excel? Perhaps your Peachtree
needs to be re-installed.
