I am by no means an ACT! expert, but here is what I could dig up rapidly to
try and help you out.
1. Export ACT! to excel and then you can easily import that into Access.
2. and I quote "could import the entire table (or portions thereof) using
the .dbf (dbase IV) driver. Or link to it."
Also, I found this to be interesting. "If your needs are more complex and
you've done a moderate amount of VBA programming in Access, you can
manipulate ACT! tables (version 4.02 and later) directly from an Access
application using an OLE based SDK that was available via download at
Symantec before they sold ACT! back to Interact Commerce." If you can find
it????!
Act 6 directly imports into an Access database (I've done it on up to Access
2003) as a dBase IV file. In fact, I've used Access as an intermediate file
when importing into Outlook.
The only problem that you may have is with the 4 user-defined fields from
Act, it's been 3 years since I last did it, so I don't remember how I solved
that problem.
