Import/Export of Calendar

I would like to create a 2 macro's. One that takes a
calendar, saves it as a csv file then attaches the csv to a
message and sends it to a predetermined user.
The second program will be used to open a message with an
attached csv and save the file to the hard drive. It will
then need to import the file into outlook calendar.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
