Import Export contacts

Hello,

on my computer Import Export shows up on the File drop down menu. on my co
worker's computer Import Export does not show up on the File drop down menu.
is there something we need to turn on for Import Export to show up on the
File drop down menu?

The import and export wizards are separately installable items. Perhaps the
other machine needs them installed. Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove
Programs. Locate Office and click Change. You'll then be given the
opportunity to add or remove components. You'll need the installation
disks, unless you installed from a network share.
 
Hello,

I added the Import/Export for Outlook from Add/Remove Programs. no such
luck.

I searched for Office Updates. no such luck.

Next, I ran repair from Add/Remove Programs for Outlook. no such luck.

I am stumped. everybody in the office has Import/Export on the File drop
down menu except this one person. she is running the same build same OS.

any ideas?
