Import email from Mozilla Thunderbird?

Started using Outlook 2003 and need to import my Thunderbird 1.0.6 email. I
can not figure how do do that. Any help is appreciated.
 
What export options does Thunderbird offer?

None, that I can see. Don't snicker; MS Outlook Express "Export" is of very
limited use; about 95% of the user base can't use it because they aren't
running the target programs. I found this link at the Mozilla site:
