Import Data by looping?

Good afternoon,

I have a question if someone could answer. I have Excel sheets, my
Access tables are set up the same way. My question is, with the click
of a button I would like to import this data by looping (While loop,
For loop, or Do-While loop)? That way all of the data is consistent
within each record rather than, going through MS Access import
functions.

Can you explain in what way the data is inconsistent if you use a
TransferSpreadsheet method from within Access?
