Import contacts lists

I am having diffiuclty dragging and dropping contacts in OWA. I can open the
*.msg but the svae and close feature is not fuctioning. What am I missing?
Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to allow this to happen?
 
OWA is an Exchange application. Direct questions to an Exchange group.
