Import contacts from outlook on other hard drive

I bought a new hard drive, and reinstalled all my
software, including Outlook. When I tried to open my
address book, there were no contacts in at all!
How do I transfer my contacts over to my new drive??

Your contact data is in the Personal Folders .pst file with all your other data. You will need to copy that, too, and open it in Outlook. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm -- particularly the link to my article on moving a .pst file to a new computer.
