Import access data 2003 to 2007?

I now have access 2007, I opened and save my 2003 file. What do I do to put
data into this file? It looks like the screen you get when you are ready to
print labels. I can't find, change or do anything? Please give me some
clues, I can't even find a help box in the program to aid me.

Take a look at Allen's summary of the new features in 2007. It's a very
different user interface!
