Import a Distribution List

I am using Outlook 2033 and have customer emails in QuickBooks Premier that
I exported to Excel. How can I import these emails from Excel into Outlook
to make a distribution list for my selected customers. About 100 emails on
in the Excel file.

You cannot import into a DL. You can only import into Contacts, from which
you can make a DL. Instructions on importing an Excel file abound.
 
Outlook 2033? Read your NDA and you should know better than talking about a
beta this early in the public newsgroups ;-)

Anyway; use the import Wizard; File-> Import and Export...
or tell us where you get stuck

I had a list of email addresses in Excel and was able to paste them into a
distribution list. Copy the Excel list. In Outlook, click to create the new
DL. After you click Select Members, right-click on the Members text box and
Paste is an option.
