import a cookie from one user to another on same pc

Hi,

How do I import a cookie from one user to another. The cookie contains a
userid and passwd to a homepage.

Different users cannot use the same cookie. You'll have to
create a new cookie by visiting the desired web site and enter
the correct User ID and Password.
