I will always love Excel and MS Word as well as their Office Suite, in
general. However, their Windows Media Player and their Client
Relationship Manager (used in sales) are very beuracratic, redundant,
overly-complicated, and sluggish softwares. They are simply VERY
HORRIBLE.

On the other hand, Winamp is very fast, sleak, and easy to use. Media
Player requires a degree in DB administration, it seems. I have gripes
with Media Player ever since I bought a new Samsung MP3 which syncs
with Media Player. Just to create/edit a list is horribly hard and
un-intuitive. There is a comedy of errors and suggested improvements
in all this.

Finally, their CRM software is so slow and lousy. It's very redundant,
stupidly designed, and takes toooooo long. I believe that MS purchased
another company called 360 CRM, and MS has made this their own.

Is it me, or has the quality of MS simply went down?

Beg your pardon, but does this criticism have anything to do with the
Microsoft Office Pro database software Microsoft Access(TM), the
subject of this newsgroup?

Note that nobody from Microsoft (at least publicly) monitors this
group. We're all users of Microsoft software, asking questions about
it or volunteering our time to answer them.

I'm guessing it's you as you don't seem to even be able to select the
correct newsgroup.
