imgstart has encountered a problem

Every time I turn my computer on, it says, "imgstart has
encountered a problema and has to close." Details are:
AppVer 7.0.0.2 ModName ioready.dll ModVer 4.1.1.93 Offset
00009fb4.

What is this and how can I fix it? Thanks.

Do you have a disk in the Zip drive when you start the system? If so, remove
it before turning on the computer. More information on this can be found
