Step by step is going to be pretty difficult without a bunch more detail on
exactly what you're trying to do. I know you want to send an email. There
is no such thing as "Microsoft format", so what do you mean by saying it?
Are you using Windows Mail? Who is your ISP (email provider)? Are you
trying to setup/use an IMAP account? Details, please!
