images on win XP

I download and save images on windows 98. Then I move images from win 98 to
win XP. Will the images have same size and structure as original
images?(that images have before downloading it to win 98)

Certainly. It has nothing to do with their being images. The contents of a
file doesn't change because it is moved from one operating system to
another.

You should realize, for example, that when you download it in the first
place, you are almost certainly moving it from one operating sytem (whatever
it's stored on at the dopwnload site) to another (whatever you are running).
