In Outlook Express, when I receive e-mails that have images in them such as
a subscription to circuitcity.com, none of the images are being displayed,
they just have a red X in the upper lead hand corner. Can someone please
tell me the setting that I have to change. Thank you.

1. Don't LIE. You complain your problem is with OUTLOOK, then ask
about Outlook EXPRESS in your post. The two programs really share
nothing in common except the word OUTLOOK in the title.

2. Wrong group for your question. Ask in a group with OE in the
title. Please notice this group does NOT contain that.

In OE, Tools - Options - Security, and uncheck 'Block images. . . in
HTML email'

This is a new safety setting; such images may too often be concealing a
small spy that is reporting home. So I would try to turn this setting
back on except when you know the email concerned is OK
