Hi all: Using FP2002 XP pro
Can anyone tell me how FP decides when to apply the image toolbar for popup
saving etc.. choices? I would like to create gifs for logo that do not popup
the image toolbar when browser hovers over.
Thanks, Ed

Thank you. That works well. Can you tell me why FP applies this sometimes
and sometimes not? And is there a picture property setting for this in FP?

This not a FP issue.

IE6 will display the image toolbar on any website where images have been
inserted onto the page, unless the web developer uses the meta tag to block
it, and the webmaster can also control the size image that it appears on.
You will need to visit the MS IE site for help that.

According to IE 6 help:
"The image toolbar does not display for all images. The image must be at
least 200 x 200 pixels to use the image toolbar." Note that this setting
can be overridden by users, but 99%+ users probably don't know that they can
do this.

If you don't want the toolbar to appear, stay inside of that size or use the
META trick that Kathleen mentioned.

Ed,

If you wish to disable the IE Image Toolbar for your
personal browser sessions, simply right click on the
toolbar. The Disable toolbar window pops up giving you the
option of disabling the current session or all future
sessions.

In addition, it can be turned on and off by going to Tools
| Internet Options | Multimedia and look for the "Enable
Image Toolbar" then check to enable or uncheck to disable.
