image shows on all new word documents automatically on open

My father (who is computer challenged) is having a problem. Every time he
opens up Microsoft Word the document it gets an image with the watermark of
Acclaim Images. He was looking for a picture and that is the one shown, but
does not know how it got set up to always be there. Unfortunately, he is in
another state so I cannot see his computer and can only talk him through the
fix. He is able to remove the hyperlink and then delete the image so he can
use word. But next time he opens up a new document, it is there.
