Please assist with the website to enable me to download free image resizer
for Window Vista as most that is on XP or the earlier version. This is
benificial for all new Vista user.
 
If you mean resizing for the purpose of emailing, that's what
Windows Photo Gallery is for. Open Windows Photo Gallery,
select your images, click on the E-mail button, and it will offer
to resize the images.
 
But you still can't resize the picture and save it unless you use
Outlook...right?

I just want to resize the picture and send it via a webmail account without
a hassle. Possible?

The problem with webmail services is that most of them cannot be
set as the default email service in Windows. Which webmail provider
is it?
