A real problem here,
every time i open a web page, the page quality and image quality are so
poor, and when the cursor is on a picture a yello balloon appears saying to
press shift+S to improve the image ot ctrl+f5 to reload the entire page for
higher quality.
How can i get rid of this annoying thing and let the page loads whith high
quality from the first time and without pressing ctrl+f5 ?????????!!!!!???????
I really need to know coz its realllyyyyy annoying

Hi,
Your ISP is compressing images to make pages download faster. AOL, NetZero,
Earthlink and others have this option. You should be able to turn it off
from (for example) My AOL> Preferences. You may have to explore a bit to
find where your ISP has hidden this option.

Hope this helps,
Don
