Image over desktop pitcher

I have a desktop pitcher,Two weeks ago a blue screen with elongated(unreadable) letters came over my desktop pitcher, I ask friends, And tried to find information to remove the image, But in my attempt a picture of the lamp that I do came over one quarter of the screen. I am bewildered, helped will be appreciated. I

I'm sorry, but this isn't clear enough and doesn't contain enough

An alternative would be to take the machine to a good local repair shop
and have them sort it out for you.
