image in signature does not appear in message

When i create my signature, its fine with my logo in it. When in insert the
signature into a message, the logo does not appear. It is just a box with a
red cross in it. My mails are set as HTML.

Do not use relative paths.

Check your IMG tag, E.g.
<img src="http://www.something.com/images/logo.jpg">

This will work - Or publish you html code for review.
