Image Broswer for My Pictures

My Pictures used to have an image browser so I could quickly edit out photos I didn't want and view all of my files, now the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is opening the photos and there is no preview or thumbnails below with the editing functions only just one big image so I must open them all one at a time? Which is taking forever, is there a way to turn this feature back on?
 
If you are referring to filmstrip view in which you would see an image then
other image thumbnails are below the main image then go to the view menu and
select filmstrip.
