I recently installed Windows XP on my computer. Prior to that I was using Windows 98 and I was able to bring the intensity of the desktop image by adjusting the Gamma, I am unable to find this funtion in Windows Xp and would greatly appreciate information on how to do this

Visit the support website of the manufacturer of your video card,
search for Windows XP drivers, download and install them.

If you have a notebook PC, then visit the notebook manufacturer's
support website and download the Windows XP video adapter drivers.
