Try Irfanview.
Save the image to your machine, open it in Irfanview, select
Image/enhance colours.

You might try Digital Camera Enhancer ....

Try adjusting the brighness button on yer monitor. If it works,
simply place an instructional note by the image for other
visitors to do the same.
