Hi All

You know when you take a screenshot of your active window using the print
scrn key and paste it into PPT for whatever reason and often the image is
much larger than the slide your pasting it onto, well apart from changing the
slide size is it possible to get the image to autofit the slide rather than
scrolling around to find the edges of the image to manually readjust the
image to fit the slide?

Cheers

Reggie

If you double click the image, you will bring up the Format dialog. Go to
its Size tab and change one of the dimensions to your slide size (or
whatever size you want), then check the Lock aspect ratio box. Click ok and
your picture should shrink to the size of your slide (or whatever size you
choose).

This uses a free add-in to do the job in one click:

TIP: Resize images to fit the slide
