I'm not getting emails from Amazon.com and they're not on my Junk.

I'm using Outlook 2002, and never set any limits on messages received, yet
I've emailed Amazon.com with questions about books I'm selling, and can't get
their replies; meanwhile people are buying books I've listed, but I never get
notification of who or where to send them. This is wreaking havoc on my
previously pristine seller's record! How do I remove whatever's blocking
Amazon's replies to me? I'd really appreciate any help anyone can offer.

What antispam software do you run? What antispam software does your ISP run?
Same with antivirus. I doubt it's Outlook per se, unless you've done
something funky with rules.
