I'm having a problem with my user account

Sometimes when I try to log in I can't load my personal settings. I get
the following message:

'Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the
default profile for the system'

I also can't access some of my programs like windows live messenger and
itunes. I get the following message:

'Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%\Local
Settnigs\Application Data\.'

When I go onto the other accounts on my pc, I'm able to access these
programs

Can anyone help?

Try booting to Safe Mode > Administrator and create a new user account.
