Outlook 2003.

Where do I go to change the frequency that Outlook checks for new messages,
and also to tell it to check for messages on start-up? I recently upgraded
to 2003 & can't find it.

Tools > Send/Receive > Send/Receive Settings > Define Send/Receive groups...
