I'm confused...

Good morning,
I just changed my power supply (previously, all was working well .. aside
from no fan in my power supply). Now, one of my cd drives (the cd-rw) is
not working. It has the yellow light flashing but it is not seen in my
computer. I checked all ribbon cable connections and they seem fine.
Disconnected them and reconnected them but the light still flashes.
Any ideas of what can be wrong?

Is it on the same bus as another device, which you forgot to plug in?
