I CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE FILES FROM MY GMAIL ACCOUNT. I CANNOT CONFIGURE MY
GMAIL ACCOUNT. I KEEP GETTING MESSAGES FROM THE COMMUNITY.

Posting a message in mostly capital letters is often a good way of
insuring that you get fewer answers.

gmail has a number of pages of instructions - see if any of these
help you:

Fou either an IMAP connection, or lower on the page, a POP
connection (don't mix the two):

And you can't find the shift lock key either.
Whart happens when you try to "configure" your Gmail account?

Often one gets MORE answers, but they all deal with the shift key issue.
