ive just installed a new printer (epson cx3600) but when
i put the disk in to load software iget the following
message when it is trying to install some of the
components off the disk :
the install engine (ikernel.exe)could not be launched
the rpc server is unavailable.

ive turned off antivirus and still doesnt work,any help
would be greatly appreciated
