I am trying to install my new multifunction printer-EPson
and when trying to install the smart panel programme the
following error occurs:
An Installation Support File C:\Program files\Common
Files\Intallshield\engine\6\intel32\ikernel.exe cannot be
installed.
the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is
incorrect.
I have done a search for the file and all seems to be in
place.
any ideas?
