IKASU MP4 Player

I'm trying to install this player on my computer,but the instalation disk
will not load.All i keep getting is a message saying that the player is not
compatable with windows xp.
Can anybody tell me if there is anyway around this problem.

Contact the tech support for the player to find out if it will work on XP.
