In IIS I have a directory with over 600 folders. I want to give restricted access to this website with the directory browsing feature enabled. Therefore I want my user to log onto my site yser/pass and have the ability to browse the folders. I have set 'directory browsing','read & write access' all enabled. I have also increased the timeout amount to 2000 incase the list was larger than the timeout setting. The problem I am getting is that it says "page cannot be found" If I have the source directory to one with less files this does not happen and it works fine. I am using Windows XP Service pack1 and IIS

Any help appriciated! - Cheers

How can you be using IIS6.0?.....XP Pro comes with IIS5.1. Windows 2003
Server comes with IIS6.0.

Try asking in the IIS newsgroups... the IIS gurus hang out there.
