IIS-related installation issues

I am trying to get IIS fully setup for the 3rd or 4th time but when I try to
get the Windows components to
install it, I get:

"Distributed Transaction Coordinator Setup Error"

Sub-component Distributed Transaction Coordinator raised an exception while
processing the OC_COMPLETE_INSTALLATION setup message.
d:\nt\com1x\dtc\ntdtcsetup\src\csetuputil.cpp (line 2748) Error Code =
0x80004005

Unspecified error
Failed to execute funtion 'DllRegisterServer()' in
'C:\WINDOWS\system32\mtxoci.dll'.

[OK]

Anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it?? TIA!

Have your tried asking in one of the IIS groups as well as here?
