IIS Does Not Show Properties Dialog

Hello,

Sorry I posted this message in the newsgroup, as I could
not find an IIS group.

I'm running Windows XP Professional and when I try to
display the Properties dialog by pressing right mouse on
any of the Virtual Directories in IIS 5.1 it fail to
display the dialog, there are no error reported.
 
Forwarded to the iis newsgroup. Also, using an existing email address would
be most appropriate in this case.
