IIS and Apache in the same computer

If I install these two server im my NT server machine and configure they to
use diferent port number will work or will conflict???

Most likely, if they are using different ports, (both are set to 80, as 80
is the www default port), you should be fine.

Works fine, separate ports or separate IP's.
