iexplorer has encountered problems...

More and more frequently I am getting this shutdown
problem. Went to the Knowledge Base and followed the
suggestion for deleting Smart Tags. I do not have that in
my internet options - advanced and so could not delete.
I can not find any other solution. Any other ideas?

I kept telling him to update his OE but this time
