Iexplorer errors

Please Help!
I get this error when I try to start Iexploroer 6
Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience
If you were in the middle of something the info you were working on might be lost for more info click here
when you go into that in mentions something about modnam ntddll.dll
Iv'e tried to unistall and install a new version, I get the same error
Anybody have any ideas

thre is a software to change registy for the IE seach
google for it

What version of IE are you running? What OS do you have? Have you tried windows update? Did you reboot after uninstalling and then reinstalling? Need more info to help!
