Iexplore user error

I'm getting this error message,"Iexplore has caused an
error in USER.EXE Iexplore will now close" Can anyone tell
me how to fix this or what is causing it to happen. It
say's to restart the computer but that doen't help. Does
anyone have the answer??

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.
