iexplore - unspecified error.

When I startup iexplorer and when I delete/remove a popup
(or even the eexplorer itself) I get numerous error boxes
one right after the other, almost 200 of them , with an X
and "Unspecified Error"......I have tried the fixes and I
tried to reinstall Iexplorer, can anyone help?
