iexplore system error code 1400 invalid window handle

will someone please explain what this is and how to fix
it, it keeps popping up all the time, I am going crazy,

It sounds like you have something running a 3rd party

tool or plug in, perhaps a search toolbar, Comet Cursor
or even a spyware that might be installed without your
being aware. You did not post version info, or what
other processes are running, but the first thing you
would want to do is kill all no essential tasks, and see
if it still happens. If not, start trying one by one
until it does. The last one you started before it
happens is the offending program. Remove it if not
needed or visit the vendors site for information on how
to fix. Hope it helps.
