IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

HELP!
I get the following error message.
My computer freezes up & IE 6 SP1 closes down.
Running on WinXP - Dell desktop.

IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0x015e3877" referenced memory at
"0x00000034". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program
